KIMON GOURGOURIS LTD is a family company founded in 1996 and operates in food sector, especially in processing, packaging and marketing olives. It is based in modern proprietary facilities, on the old road from Ormylia to Vatopedi, Halkidiki Greece, and operates mostly in the international market (USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Belgium, England, Italy, Romania, Serbia, etc), as well as locally.
The company processes, packages and sells about 2000tn of green olives (spanish type), and about 500tn of confit olives (black oxidized), in brine, per year.
Company's goal
The company's main goal is to develop a name associated with qualitative products and total satisfaction. In order to meet this goal, the company continually invests in management and quality assurance systems, technological equipment, properly trained personnel, and cooperation development in the food industry.
Quality and safety management
KIMON GOURGOURIS LTD applies strict food safety management systems (BRC, ISO 22000, IFS Food). Additionally, all products are Kosher certified.

Our Kalamon olives are also available in pasteurised form, in 5lt and 8lt packagings, upon request.
Confit Olives: 5lt tin, 8lt tin.
Confit olives are heat sterilised under strict health rules.
Apart from the standard range of stuffings, we can also produce stuffings tailored to your request.
